On November 6th last year, SOBEN signed a "Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Xinjiang Beixin Road and Bridge Group Co., Ltd. and Xinjiang Junhao Investment Co., Ltd., listed companies under the Bingjian Group. On January 11th of this year, the three parties signed an "Agreement on Jointly Investing in the Establishment of Xinjiang Beixin New Building Materials Co., Ltd. The business scope of the subsidiary includes the production, sales, research and development, and application technology of environmentally friendly products required for green building systems, as well as the design and construction of supporting products; General goods and technology import and export trade. At present, the joint venture company has completed the construction of the composite board production line, and the calcium silicate board production line is under construction.
