The 2024 semi-annual work conference of Soben Green was successfully held

On August 3rd, Matsumoto held the 2024 semi-annual work conference. Zhang Yunpeng, the deputy general manager of Soben, presided over the meeting. The heads of each department made comprehensive and detailed reports on the completion of work in the first half of the year and the work plans for the second half. 

At the meeting, Li Guangrong, assistant general manager of Soben, mentioned that all departments should attach importance to data, conduct thorough analysis, align with the annual goals of the department, optimize departmental management, enhance learning, focus on effectiveness, take the initiative, and strive to achieve the goals.

Vice President Zhang Yunpeng pointed out that in the first half of the year, we faced considerable challenges. Under the guidance and support of the upper-level group, all the staff of Songben made unremitting efforts and achieved good results in production management, product research and development, safety and environmental protection work, etc.

In the second half of the year, Soben needs to continuously improve product quality, enhance management capabilities, stimulate the potential of the team, promote in-depth integration among multiple departments, and spare no effort to strive for the annual goals.
