SOBEN's 2024 Annual Sales Summary and 2025 Work Deployment Conference was successfully held

On February 12th, on the occasion of the Lantern Festival, sales teams stationed across the country gathered to hold a sales annual meeting themed "Dream Chasing and Transformation: Winning is a Must". The meeting comprehensively reviewed the work of 2024 and looked ahead to the work arrangements for 2025.



Yan Jinkang, Deputy General Manager of ZHONG JING HAI ZHU and General Manager of SOBEN, Gao Jianjun, Assistant General Manager of the Group and General Manager of the Sales Company, and Zhang Yunpeng, Deputy General Manager of SOBEN, attended the meeting. In his speech, Gao Jianjun, Assistant General Manager of the Group and General Manager of the Sales Company, pointed out that in the past 25 years, the dual brands of ZHONG JING HAI ZHU and SOBEN have achieved deeper integration in the sales team and more comprehensive resource sharing, further expanding their market presence nationwide. Zhao Nan, Assistant General Manager of the Group and General Manager of Haizhu Renju Construction Company, said that the SOBEN brand has great potential. In the future, based on the continued deepening of the southern market, we will further develop the northern market and expand market growth. Next, we will lead the team to solidify and implement the systems and measures under the dual-brand strategy, and strive to make the prefabricated interior decoration sector of the Group bigger and stronger.

The chairman of the group, Zhai Hui, made important work instructions: The group is entering a new stage with rapid development. At present, we are facing an important milestone, and we must seize the favorable opportunity to seek development. Integration is the key. We must implement the dual-brand team collaboration mechanism to enable the team to form a unified force and continuously expand the market territory.

At the same time, we will strengthen the construction of talent teams and effectively implement reform measures. All members should work together to achieve the accumulation of strength and breakthrough development of SOBEN in this market landscape where progress is essential or regression is inevitable.
