On March 31, 2022, the National Safety Production Television and Telephone Conference was held, conscientiously implementing the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping and Premier Li Keqiang, further consolidating the concept of "two supremacy", deeply learning from the lessons of various safety production accidents in recent times, re mobilizing and deploying the safety production work of the whole country, resolutely preventing and containing the occurrence of various safety production accidents, and creating a safe and stable environment to welcome the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
On the afternoon of April 1st, the Eighth Division Group held a meeting to convey and study the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping and the requirements of Premier Li Keqiang's instructions, put forward new requirements for the group's safety production work, and made detailed arrangements for the group's safety inspection work. The meeting was chaired by Zhai Hui, Secretary and Chairman of the Party Branch of the Group, and Chairman of Zhongjing Building Materials. The group leadership team, relevant departments of the group headquarters, safety production leaders of Zhongjing Building Materials Tianjin Factory, Guangdong Songben, and Zhongjing Jingrun attended the meeting.
The meeting pointed out that General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to safety production work and has made important instructions multiple times, which have pointed out the direction for us to do a good job. Safe and stable work is better to be tight for a hundred days than to be relaxed for a day. The entire group must adhere to safe development, maintain a high level of vigilance like walking on thin ice, always put safety production work in a prominent position, firmly grasp and implement it, resolutely curb the occurrence of major accidents, and ensure the safety of employees' lives and health and enterprise property. We must strictly implement the safety production responsibility system, adhere to the principle of dual responsibility for one position, joint management, and accountability for dereliction of duty. The main responsible comrades of each company and department should personally take action and command from the front, while other responsible comrades should conscientiously fulfill their job safety responsibilities, tighten the supervision responsibilities of departments and the main responsibilities of enterprises, transmit pressure layer by layer, and ensure implementation layer by layer.
Subsequently, the safety work leaders of factories in various regions made statements on the safety hazards and implementation of safety production work in the areas involved in the work. The responsible persons highly agree with the organization of this learning meeting by the group company, stating that they will continue to practice the concept of safe development, further enhance risk awareness, strengthen their sense of responsibility, solidly carry out various safety production work and normalized epidemic prevention and control work, resolutely curb various risks and hidden dangers, spare no effort to protect the lives and health of employees and the safety of enterprise property, and make every effort to promote the safe and stable development of the group in the future
We must adhere to coordinated development and safety, and development must not come at the expense of safety. Each factory should comprehensively investigate and rectify risks and hidden dangers, and prevent and contain various accidents to the greatest extent possible. We must firmly establish a sense of safety responsibility, tighten the string of safety production, closely monitor key milestones such as Qingming Festival and May Day, assess safety risks in advance, study and formulate preventive measures, strengthen supervision and rectification, timely eliminate accident hazards and blind spots in epidemic prevention and control, and plug safety production loopholes.
At the end of the meeting, Zhai Hui announced the launch of a special inspection of the group's safety production, focusing deeply on key areas of safety production work such as production workshops, office areas, staff canteens, staff dormitories, fire-fighting facilities, and epidemic prevention and control. Effective measures must be taken to rectify various risks and hidden dangers discovered within a specified period of time, and problems must be controlled and resolved in place. The headquarters of the group, as well as its branches and subsidiaries, should tighten and compact their safety production responsibilities, work together and closely coordinate to form a joint force for the group's safety production work, and effectively improve the quality and efficiency of the group's safety production work.
