Make sure to obtain the official authorization from SOBEN
SOBEN only provides its series of products to dealers officially authorized by our company. All "SOBEN" products sold by merchants and other channels without SOBEN's authorization have nothing to do with our company. Our company is not responsible for their performance and safety, nor do we bear any adverse consequences and joint liabilities caused by consumers' use of them.
Make sure to recognize the SOBEN anti-counterfeiting label
Since 2021, SOBEN has added official anti-counterfeiting labels to each batch of products, and only those with this label are genuine SOBEN products.
【Anti-counterfeiting label verification process】
① Open SOBEN official account, click on the lower menu [Service] → [Anti-counterfeiting Inquiry]
② Scan the unique anti-counterfeiting code on the certificate of conformity
③ If it is a genuine SOBEN product, a genuine product prompt will pop up (if the anti-counterfeiting code is not being queried for the first time, a corresponding prompt will pop up, please be vigilant).
