On February 18th, the "High-quality Development Research and Symposium on Housing and Urban-Rural Construction" organized by the Construction Magazine of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development was held in Kaiping City. Wen Linfeng, President of the Construction Magazine, Zhai Baohui, Deputy Director of the Policy Research Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Liao Jiangling, Second-level Inspector of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Jiang Ningjin, Director of the Jiangmen City Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, and Tan Xiaohua, Vice Mayor of Kaiping City, along with other leaders, experts, and scholars, attended the event. Yan Jinkang, General Manager of Guangdong SOBEN Green New Materials Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of ZHONG JING HAI ZHU Group, was invited as a representative of the construction enterprise to participate.

The research team conducted on-site investigations and studies on several typical local projects, including the traditional Chinese village - Zili Village, the ancient architectural complex of Diaolou, Chikan Ancient Town, and the gold award-winning project of the Zhan Tianyou Award for Outstanding Residential Communities - Junxianju.

At the research meeting, leaders and experts and scholars delivered speeches respectively, conducting in-depth discussions and exchanges on relevant hot and difficult issues, providing reference for the continuous high-quality development of housing and urban-rural construction.
