On September 8th, Typhoon "Talaba" made landfall in Jiangmen, Guangdong, bringing strong winds and heavy rainfall. To ensure the safety of production at the factory, Yan Jinkang, Deputy General Manager of ZHONG JING HAI ZHU Group and General Manager of the East China Regional Center, went to the SOBEN factory to conduct inspections on typhoon and flood prevention as well as security. Zhang Yunpeng, Deputy General Manager of the South China Regional Center of the Group, and Li Guangrong, Group Process Technology Expert and Deputy General Manager of the South China Regional Center, accompanied the inspection.
At the production workshop site, Yan Jinkang pointed out that attention should be paid to changes in wind and rain conditions, key areas should strengthen security inspections, comprehensively identify safety risks related to waterproofing and strong winds, and promptly investigate and detect potential hazards to ensure the safety of production operations.
Subsequently, the inspection team visited the installation site of the substation project in the factory area to gain an overall understanding of the work progress. Yan Jinkang emphasized that the principles of 'ensuring safety, guaranteeing quality, and meeting the schedule' should be upheld throughout the entire process, and he also put forward specific requirements for the safety management of personnel, project schedule control, and installation quality.
